Function Description:The waste heat steam generator heats water by recovering waste heat from various industrial processes to produce steam for production or daily use.
Advantages:
1. Higher heat exchange efficiency. The system adopts a segmented cooling method, and since each segment is relatively independent, it always maintains a large temperature difference, resulting in high heat transfer efficiency.
2. Longer lifespan.
3. The steam system is divided into an evaporation section and a preheating section, fully recovering the heat of the flue gas and reducing the exhaust temperature.
4. In terms of water circulation, the evaporation section can adjust the upward and downward flow direction of water circulation in the piping, except for the downcomer of the equipment with a water circulation rate of 5 tons/hour, to ensure the cooling of the heating surface;
5. Reasonable structural design, low resistance when installed in the flue, and no impact on the original system.
6. The equipment has a high degree of automatic control and is equipped with an automatic water level control device, which can automatically control water replenishment and shutdown without the need for duty.
7. There are large-diameter sewage pipes at the bottom, making dust cleaning easier;
